Review Services: A review provides some assurance as to whether or not material modifications are required for the financial statements to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)  - or Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting (OCBOA).  This process generally requires some analytical procedures and interviews with management, etc. but provides only limited assurance.
