I can prepare financial statements for your business that are in accordance with the following accounting principles:

1. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

2. Cash basis of accounting (Other Comprehensive Basis Of Accounting - OCBOA).

3. Modified cash basis of accounting (use of inventories, etc.).

4. Tax basis method of accounting.

Financial statements prepared on the OCBOA may be able to "omit substantially all of the disclosures" and generally cost less to prepare.
